Kingsize Room To Rent In A Very Easy Going Home

I have the largest room to let in my home just off Askham Lane. It’s a quiet area with off street parking, so If you have a car, you can find parking right in front. If not, there are local amenities nearby inc supermarkets, gyms and food places and a bus stop less than a minute away from the front door that goes straight to town in 15mins, every 10mins. The room is furnished with a king size bed (can be removed if needed), drawers and has LARGE fitted wardrobes. The rest of the house will be furnished as I will be living there however I work away a lot so I’m very rarely in. All bills are included so we can discuss in detail in mail. You will have access to the common areas of the home, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months but fairly flexible on that, a non smoker, reliable, and a secure income. If this sounds like it might suit you, please contact me.
