A lovely room in a big house very close to centre

One room left in our lovely, spacious Edwardian terraced house 10 mins walk from the city centre, 5 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes to the city centre. There's a Sainsbury's local 10 mins down the road. Perfect access to town for work or social, as well as walks out to the countryside up and down the river.

The room is a spacious double on the first floor with a period fireplace.

Current housemates are made up of (relatively) young professionals, and looking for other professionals to spread the cost of council tax. We get along well and looking for friendly and considerate housemates.
The house is big, with plenty of space and outbuildings at the back where we store our bikes etc.
