This lovely house is conveintly located for the city centre as it sits just outside the old city walls. It is approximately a 5-10 walk into the main hub of the city and a 20 min walk from the University on Heslington West. There is a bus stop outside the road for services including the 66 bus and 7 bus to the designer outlet. Due to the proximity to town bus stops for most routes are within walking distance.

The house is quiet, and clean.

The bedroom on offer fits a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (all included should you require them) with space to add in a desk/shelving unit or other further furniture of your choice (not included). The pictures do not do the room justice. It is light due to the big window in the room and is more spacious than you can tell from the pictures - viewing is definitely recommended. There is flexibility with moving in dates as the room is currently unoccupied.

The current tenant is looking for a housemate who appreciates a clean and quiet house and who is also open to sharing the facilities whilst having a chat. The current tenant would be happy to have a housemate who is also looking to find a home to live in rather than a room to rent.

The shared facilities in the living room include a TV (licence included in rent), sofas, dining room table with two chairs, a coffee table and a book shelf. In the kitchen you will have space to put your food in the fridge and freezer and cupboard space for tins etc. All bills are included in the rent, so once you have paid your rent you do not have to worry about any extras - rent comes out on the 1st and covers the month. You should be able to set up a standing order for the last day of the previous month.
