We have a first floor double bedroom available in a house on Hull Road in a good location for the city centre and University of York. The room is available from 14th July 2019 to 3rd July 2020. The 9 other bedrooms have been let.

The double bedroom is furnished - wardrobe, desk, chair, bookcase, double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. There is a shared kitchen and lounge, dining room, utility room. Off street parking is available for 4 cars.

The following bills are included in the rent;
• gas
• electricity
• water rates
• internet access
• television licence

A £300 deposit and a £60 agency fee applies per student applicant.

We also have a room available for the next academic year in another property on Hull road which is a 5 bedroom house. Available from 28th June. Priced £100 pw plus £13 for bills. The other 4 tenants in the house are Vegan and are looking for a like minded person to join them.

Please note that applicants must be able to provide a UK guarantor in order to rent the room or pay the full rent in advance.
