Master bedroom in a nice shared, Clifton, no bil

The master Bedroom ( biggest room) has become available in a lovely ,modern shared house in the Clifton area of York.

Three sociable, friendly, well behaved males live at the property - all 3 work full time. The live in landlord (me) is aged 51. another housemate is 30, the other is in his 30s , I think. Also we have a lovely cat.

The house is attractive and offers a shared living room, free internet connection, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, off the road parking, conservatory.

The room is the front bedroom - with a very nice view of an attractive street - It is a good size, has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet.

We are looking for a housemate who will be courteous towards the others that live at the property, treat the property with respect, help us to keep the house reasonably tidy, become a friend. Someone that is settled in their job, works full -time, must like cats.

The rent is £380 per calendar month - to be paid calendar monthly. The first month's rent is needed in advance. There are no bills to pay and a deposit /bond probably won't be required.

If you would prefer a cheaper but smaller room ( instead of the master bedroom) we could talk about it.
