Situated on the Tadcaster Road side of town near the Knavesmire and York College on probably one of the nicest estates in York. Close to Tescos, cycle paths, nature reserve, parks and Knavesmire. Cycle path to Millennium bridge allow shortcut to Fulford and university.
Regular buses to York and to Leeds.
Large double room with en-suite and it’s own separate mini kitchen. Plus use of main kitchen and washing machine. The rooms have just been painted have new new carpets fitted. Different bed options available or you can bring your own if preffered.
I am mainly looking for professionals that like and will mix well in a peaceful friendly and relaxing environment. May also take on students who want to be away from the student area allowing them to focus on studies.
