Within walking distance of York college Tadcaster Rd and the Agricultural college Askham.
Regular buses to York and to Leeds.
Large double room with en-suite and use of separate mini kitchen. Plus use of main kitchen for cooking and washing machine. The rooms have just been painted have new new carpets fitted. Different bed options available or you can bring your own if preffered.
I am mainly looking for professionals that like and will mix well in a peaceful friendly and relaxing environment. May also take on students who want to be away from the student area allowing them to focus on studies.
