Vibrant neighbourhood with great local shops, bars, cafes etc. Well connected by cycle routes and buses (10 minutes York University).
All mod cons including wardrobe, computer table, shelves, bed, sofa, coffee table and fridge. The house is occupied by the live-in owner (female) and one other female. We all work/study full time. Kitchen (incl. washing machine) and bathroom are shared. There is no shared living room and whilst a friendly and relaxed household we tend to do our own thing on an evening/weekends. Resident permit parking on street if required.
