Rear Garden (and Pizza Oven!)

One single and one double room in a lovely house with friendly, social housemates.
The double room is available from the end of October, but the single is currently occupied.
The rooms were recently redecorated, and come furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
There is a good sized living room, kitchen, and dining room, and a nice garden to the rear. I have a wood fired pizza oven, and pizza night occurs at least once a week if the weather allows :D
There is on-street parking available, and the house is directly opposite West Bank Park. It is close to major bus routes, although it is only 15min walk to town.

I am an operations manager at an independent chocolatier, and the other housemate works as a teaching assistant.
We are looking for a respectful, neat and tidy person who is friendly and social, but not a party animal - we work Monday to Friday and respect people's need for privacy and peace and quiet.

Video meetings and viewings are available if required to assist with lockdown regulations, any viewings in person will be undertaken with social distancing measures in place.
