Hello! I’m 29 years old and own the house. Looking for someone to rent the second room out. Fully furnished room. Smoking not permitted in the house but happy with this outside. Only one space for a car but plenty of space at the side of the house to park. Car park available between 5pm-8am.... Short journey to the city centre of York. I rehearse 3 times a week so I can be out quite a bit so you’d have peace and quiet for those night’s! Bills included.
Due to COVID changes at work I can work from home quite a bit.
