I’m looking for a new housemate as mine is moving out in December. It’s a lovely and very cosy house, just a 15 minute walk from the University of York. All bills are included in rent, including tv license. Wifi isn’t included however that is already set up and running and is £15 per month. The bedroom available is a great size and has lots of storage. The house also consists of the kitchen, a lovely little lounge, very spacious bathroom and of course my bedroom too. The house has a small garden and on street parking is available. The tenancy finishes at the end of June, but there is a possibility to extend it for another year. A student housemate is preferable as it means we won’t have to pay council tax. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
