The property is perfect for a York St John's student - only 5 minutes walk away. It's also easy to get to UoY by bus or by bike. There's a Co-Op across the street. It takes 10 minutes to walk into the city centre, and 15 minutes to walk to ASDA or Sainsbury's for bigger food shops. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get to the train station. A few minutes away is Gillygate, where there are a number of lovely cafe's and cute, independent shops including a pop-up gallery and an eco-friendly homeware store.

The house has a charming kitchen balancing modern units with period features. There are two good sized bathrooms and a comfortable living room. The attic room comes with loads of storage space, and the tenant who moves into the smaller back room has dibs on the additional storage units in the living room :)
