My house mate is changing jobs and therefore her clean, newly refurbished room with hand painted solid oak furniture is up for rent. This room comes complete with a personal bathroom (including a powerful shower and a bath). Plus full use of the home.

The house includes three bathrooms, a spacious livingroom and a large open plan kitchen, a garage (with plenty of storage space) a garden. Large 52" smart TV, fast broadband, sky cinema. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, two ovens, fridge /freezer and full use of crockery/pots pans, nutribullet, slow cooker, stone based pizza oven, gas bbq etc

I am partial to odd gin and tonic, I'm a social person who keen to show you all best cocktail bars and restaurants in town, in return maybe you could teach me how to do a good bbq!
