Double room in lovely city centre house

I’m looking for someone to share this lovely home with me!
The house is in an amazing location, 5 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from York train station. There’s also a Sainsbury’s local 2 minutes away.

The house is fully furnished and cosy, with a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom.
There is also a little ‘yarden’, it’s not huge but it’s great for hanging out washing or getting a bit of morning sun!

Rent is £450 a month plus bills. References and a deposit of one months rent required.

There is permit parking available on the street.

I’m looking for a housemate who is laid back but sociable. I work full time in town, and enjoy going out with friends in my spare time. I’m also an artist, and I run my own Etsy shop from my studio in the attic. I’d like someone who has their own thing going on, but would be up for the occasional film night or trip to the pub on our days off!

I like to keep the house very clean and tidy so I’d like to find someone who understands the importance of being respectful in communal areas and sharing the housework.
