I am a professional who owns a beautiful, fully furnished new build detached home in York, just a 10 minute cycle from the city centre, hospital, railway station and on all main bus routes, with great access to Clifton Moor Retail Park and easy links to the A64.

I am a fun outgoing person, who loves to cook, play sport and generally have a good laugh. I am very clean and tidy and I am looking for an equally minded housemate. I am partial to the odd gin and tonic, I'm a social person who keen to show you all best cocktail bars and restaurants in town, in return maybe you could teach me how to do a good bbq! That aside, I am equally respectful of your space and privacy.

I have a lovely, homely, large double room available 3.62m by 2.86m, to rent on a long term basis. The room is newly refurbished, with double bed and solid oak hand painted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, overlooking the rear garden.

The house itself comprises of a large modern high specification kitchen dinning room with patio doors opening out to the suntrap garden. The kitchen boast tiled flooring and comes equipped with large fridge freezer, gas hob, 2 cookers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer equipment for baking, nutribullet, blender, toaster, kettle and microwave. A beautiful homely living room (admittedly feminine) with a large chesterfield sofa, snug chair, and a large beanbag with a 55 inch smart TV. (Netflix, Disney plus and amazon prime included!). Soft deep pile cream carpet is throughout the house (only 12 months old)

The bathroom is fully tiled and comes with a bath, with shower over, low flush WC, pedestal sink, and mirror.

The garden is south facing, decking but mainly laid to lawn with a paved patio boasting a swing chair, pizza oven, bbq and HOT TUB!
