We have several rental options available.

1) Monday to Friday only - £450 per month.
2) Full time individual - £600 per month.
3) Full time couple - £750 per month.

We have a newly refurbished house that includes a brand-new bathroom, living room, dining room, double bedroom and a 2nd room set up as a working from home office and extra storage with a big double wardrobe.

The property has sky TV in the living room and we are happy to add a box to the bedroom if requested, high speed internet, drive way parking, full access to a secure garage, and plenty of storage across the 2 rooms included in the rent. All bills are included in the rent.

The location is a quiet cul-de-sac only 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of York and in a premium area.

The landlord is a professional who doesn’t work from home and is regularly out during the day, giving the tenant the full house to work from home when required.

Steve loves sport and regularly runs and plays tennis. He is a very hard working yet laid back individual who gets on with everybody and is very accommodating.
