The large room has plenty of storage space and is a sunny room with a lot of floor space. The second room is also a double but is narrower than the first one and faces the back of the house. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower and a shared kitchen. There is a new fridge for the tenants. There is also a shared dining room.
I am a vegan with two cats. I would prefer 2 vegetarian housemates but someone who does not eat much meat or fish would also be acceptable. It is a 20-minute walk into town and a 30-minute walk to the University of York. .The house is on main bus routes to the railway station etc.
