The house is furnished to a high standard with modern furniture and appliances. It also has great shared living spaces and a garden with grass and patio.

The room comes with a double ottoman bed and mattress, large wardrobe and a bedside table.

The room is adjoined with its own bathroom with a bath and over bath shower.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and comprises of a comfy lounge with large chaise sofa, a kitchen with modern appliances, downstairs toilet and cupboard including a washing machine and dryer.

The house is three bedroom mid-terrace located in a quiet area, with parking included (no permits).

To the back of the house there is a shared garden which has a shed and a bbq included.

Lots of amenities extremely close by - Aldi is a five minute walk away. Lots of bus stops nearby with routes into town. It is really close to Clifton Moor and to the shops/ gyms and cinema.

I am looking for a clean and tidy professional to join me in my house share. I also own a Ragdoll cat which is living in the property, so please message only if you are comfortable with cats! I am pretty relaxed and work 9-4 most days but normally around evenings and weekends.
