This flat can sleep up to 3 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 2 children. It is located on the ground floor in a secure and recently built apartment block right next to the River Foss. On entry to the flat, the private hallway gives access to all of the rooms. There is a generously spaced open plan lounge diner and fitted kitchen, bathroom and a spacious double bedroom. In the living space there is a large double sofa which converts into a large single bed/small double bed, suitable for one guest (or 2 small children).

After a busy day out exploring the city, relax back at my flat with the large flat screen TV, DVD player and collection of DVD or take take some quiet time out and borrow a book! There is also a table and four chairs for dining at home or those wishing to bring their laptops. If you don't fancy eating out, the kitchen is kitted out for home cooking! Appliances include an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and large fridge freezer. The bedroom contains a double bed with an additional chair and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.

*** Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
