Top floor room in family home

We are a family of 5 (3 children aged 8,6 & 3) and are looking for a quiet and tidy female professional or student to rent our top floor room.

Our house is situated in Fulford and is well located to walk to the city, army barracks or University.

The room is completely self-contained with its own bathroom. There is lots of space and the window faces onto a nature reserve.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is yours to cook your meals etc. There is a shared living room with a great TV and comfy sofas.

We're looking for someone who likes children and understands the dynamics of family life. The children are very active and very sociable and while they will respect your space they will also be very keen to chat while you are in the kitchen or main house living room.

We have a family dog. Oakley is 1 year old and is a friendly and excitable boy. Please only reply if you are a dog lover.

The price includes all bills and good broadband. Cleaning is not included but easily could be for a very small extra charge.

We are only able to accept replies from females as you will be living in close proximity to our young children.
We will also check all references carefully.
