Single Bed En-suite apartment

I am moving out of my ensuit room in my apartment. The room has a single bed, an ensuit bathroom with a shower, a large desk and storage space. The room is £158 a week and the next payment is due on the 23rd of December 2021. The tenancy ends on the 16th of July 2022. You would be sharing the flat with 4 other housemates. The flat has a very large kitchen with a TV and 2 large sofas. The accommodation comes with a games room, common room/ study area and a gym, these are all free to use. The accommodation is a 10 minute walk from York St. john University, 20 minutes away from Uni Of York, and a 5 minute walk from the town centre.
