I am looking for a tenant who is friendly, clean and tidy. The rent will cover bills, and you will have access to the whole house and garden. There is nice space here to study or work. We may share some meals if you wish and we do have a family cat who is friendly and will stay out of your room.
Flexible on period of letting. If you want 7 days, please talk to me.
Please note that ideally I am looking for someone who wants to stay for a period up to around 6 months, i. e. not a longer term tenant. Again, there is some flexibility around this.
This is a leafy, friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance to York centre and green spaces. The Crescent is handy for gigs.
