Hello!! My current housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace her on the tenancy agreement!
The house is a 2 bed terrace in Clifton, let on a unfurnished basis (most of the communal furniture is hers so will be going with her). Rent is £450 each excluding bills, and bills work out around £130 each.
Females preferred, no pets and you must be able to provide proof of employment for credit checks.
About me: I’m 27, I work full time as an employment adviser and I’m also training to be a yoga teacher. I’m friendly and sociable but also enjoy my own company! I’m looking for someone easygoing who I can be friends with as well as housemates.
