Large back garden and a local park a few steps away, house only 20 minute walk to the city centre.

NO PETS ALLOWED as we have a part time 9 year old Westie (hypoallergenic) dog staying with us.

A lovely home to come back to after a hectic day at work. A stepping stone to finding your own home or a long term let, this place is a sanctuary to relax in.

All we ask is that you tidy shared spaces when you’re finished in them clean as you go.

As professionals in very demanding jobs we both enjoy our downtime in the privacy of our own rooms and the garden, any socialising with friends and family we partake in is away from the house so as to respect each other’s quiet time and space. No guests allowed as to protect the security of the property and its contents.

There is an area for smoking in the garden and also in the side shed in the winter so no sitting out in the snow and the rain. No smoking allowed in the rooms or the house.

It’s a very quiet house and sleep is much needed so we are looking for the non furniture shuffling, non door slamming and non foot stomping kind of person.

Garden space very tranquil with home grown vegetables to enjoy. you are more than welcome to enjoy maintaining veg growth with occasional watering.
