The room comes fully furnished, as seen in the photos. The room features an electric single bed, a walk-in wardrobe with chests of drawers, clothes organizer, an office desk with a chair, bookshelves, pegboard organizer and full length mirror etc.

The house will be shared by a total of 3 persons. You will share the house with two female professionals, one works for York Hospital and the other works for Univ. of York.

The house was decorated about 1 year ago.

In the kitchen there are a microwave, a brand new double door fridge & freezer, an under counter fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and hobs and oven, etc.

The garden room, serving as the living room, is equipped with a 50'' TV, a dining table and more. The house boasts a South-North orientation with big front and back gardens. The front garden can easily park 2 cars, and ample space for free off-street parking too.

There is an upstairs bathroom with a toilet and a downstairs toilet available.

The house enjoys a convenient location, just a 2-3 mins walk from the final Acomb bus stop for bus No.1. This bus route operates frequently every day and takes only 15 mins to reach the train station. Additionally, there is a costcutter store around the corner (opposite the bus stop, 2 mins walking distance from the house), and a large Morrisons just 3 mins driving distance (or 10 mins by walking). Various amenities such as a pharmacy, post office, car washing&valeting services, a car fixing garage (all around near the Morrison's) are all within about 10 mins walking distance.
