Single Room available at Upper Newborough St.

I am currently a tenant at 57 Upper Newborough Street looking for a new tenant to replace me. The property is a recently refurbished house in Clifton, York, and the room for rent is the loft room on the top floor, as seen in the pictures attached.

This property is only a 12 minute walk from York St. John University, and approximately a 50 minute walk from the University of York. We are preferably looking for a student tenant, as all other housemates are Masters and PhD students, and so do not currently pay council tax. All bills and broadband are included within the rent.

All the housemates are kind, friendly and relaxed, and the house is kept clean. Any tenant that's good-natured and keeps shared spaces neat would be perfect and fit really well in the house.
