We are looking for a young, full time professional to move into a room in a flat located in Acomb - Gale Lane. I work full time in a school and my partner works at the University of York. We are both young, working professionals looking for someone friendly and tidy.

The 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat has a large open kitchen and living area with a main bathroom (shower and bath). There is a small back patio behind the property with double doors that open up to a communal garden. The bedroom comprises of a 3/4 bed with a mattress, double wardrobe, cube storage and a bedside table.

The building complex has an electric gate on entry. Within the gates, there is a private bike shed and bin storage. Off street parking is not available. There is great transport links to York city centre and the train station. The local Acomb high street is within a 15 minutes walk and a Lidl is less than 5 minutes walk.

The rent is £500 per month, including bills, council tax (band C) and broadband. This includes shared use of the main bathroom. Single occupancy only. £500 deposit.

The room is available from mid April.
