On offer is a double bedroom in a recently renovated three-bed terraced house close to the University of York and York city centre. The house features a larger living room and a garden. On-street parking is available. Additional storage space can be provided.
The larger double bedroom will be available as a short term let from 01/05/2024 - 24/05/2024. The rent includes all general maintenance costs (utilities, internet, council tax).
As I'm a PhD student myself, students are more than welcome to enquire. I like to think I'm an uncomplicated, tidy and organised live-in landlord. Besides my part-time PhD, I work as a product manager at Jaguar Land Rover and like to keep myself busy. The other housemate in the single room is a uni masters student (female, 22).
