Hi. I'm am looking for 2 easy going and considerate housemates to share my 4 bedroom house in Dringhouses York. Excellent area with a large green to the front on quiet road and easy access to town. All facilities, furniture and Great internet included. There will be 3 of us living in the house total. Due to planning restrictions no couples allowed unless you take both rooms. I'm a 48 year old engineer who has spent the last 15 years travelling so Ive lived in many home shares around the world. They are great when you find the right people. A very chilled happy vibe is essential. Each will have a double ensuite bedroom and share the large livingroom and large kitchen diner with patio doors to the garden. I have also added a beautiful cabin at the back of the large garden that is a perfect and very quiet seperate office for anyone working from home. The rent includes all bills except gas and electricity which will be Shared equally between all.
