I am searching for a tenant to take over my room from now. The tenancy contract lasts until mid July 2026. Only students!
The house is located 20 min walk (8 min by bike) to UoY campuses and local supermarkets. The number 6 bus stops at the end of the road and goes to the station. The house has a living room, a kitchen, one bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a garden.
The room is the upper level and fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a little storage room which is used as a wardrobe. Addtionally there is a little night desk and a cabinet where you can store more clothes. The room is orientated towards the east and has two big windows with view on the garden.
Your roommates are a male master student and a female PhD student. You should be clean, friendly and respectful.
