It’s a two bedroom house comes under council tax band-A and most amenities are included like washing machine, oven and etc. also, separate bathrooms for both the rooms.
The place is 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The bus stop is right outside the house for bus service 2 and 2A. Sainsbury and spars are few minutes walking distance.
The minimum tenancy period is until 5th September, however it can be extended later. The house is unfurnished (but I am selling the stuff I have here and the price is negotiable).
