I am looking to rent out a double room in my 3 bed property. It has been recently renovated so is modernised and will be freshly furnished. This include brand new boiler, brand new bathroom, brand new flooring, full house require and more!

It is a spacious property, with a small back garden and a driveway for parking. I have included an image of the floor plan with the room for rent circled in red. I have also attached images of the room in its current form however this will be fully furnished before moving in.

I will be living in the property myself, however my boyfriend and his dog may be around on the occasional weekday/weekend.

There is a bus stop 1 minute walk away from the property which takes you directly to the station, York St John University and Uni of York.

York Hospital is a 10 minute drive away
York station is a 30 minute walk away

I work at York University so happy to car share for mileage costs!
