I am looking for someone to either sublet for part of or take over the remainder of the contract of my current house from the beginning of May until July 4th 2024. The room is part of a 3-bed shared house. The other two occupants are both male PhD students, so ideally we would like an older undergraduate or postgraduate student to join the house. This would be ideal for a visiting PhD student during this time.
The house has both off street parking for a small car or road parking is available. There is a garage, garden and a good sized living room.
The house is 25 minutes walk from the University of York and 20 minutes walk to York City Centre. There is a large Lidl and Morrisons nearby.
