I have two double bedrooms available to let in the popular residential area Southbank, in York, both bedrooms for single occupancy.
The house is close to the Knavesmire (York racecourse) and the lovely Bishopthorpe Road shopping street with cafes and restaurants.
It is within walking distance to the City centre and train station.
On street parking is available with the purchase of a residential parking permit from the City of York Council.
South facing yard with plenty of sun when the sun is shining!
Utility bills all included in the rent.

I reside at the property but do spend a lot of my time looking after my granddaughter so I’m often not at home during the day but always available.
