I'm a student looking for someone to take over my tenancy over the summer.

- Room with 3/4 bed and en-suite located on the top floor of Grays Wharf. There is a lift.
- £192 a week, the current price for my type of room is £227 a week so this is a very good deal.
- summer let, I move out at the end of May so it's ready for June
- STUDENTS ONLY - it is a student accommodation.
- Flat is currently occupied by myself, three girls and one guy. this can change though since I don't know whether they have rebooked for next September.
- 24 hour security.
- secure accommodation, entrance to accommodation can only be accessed through fobs, and the doors used to enter the buildings can only be accessed by fobs.
- Accomodation has bike facilities, laundry rooms, common rooms with vending machines and games and also a gym.
- viewings can be arranged, please bear in mind though that I am a full-time student in the middle of exam season so I might not be completely available, but I'll try my best.
