Welcome to our sanctuary in the heart of Clementhorpe, 2 mins walk from Bishy road, but still on a quiet street. 10 minutes walk from York station, and 5-10minutes walk into central York. Looking for an amazing housemate who is looking for a house that feels like a home 😊

So if you love Netflix nights on the sofa, crafting, brunches, adventures and general chat, we'd love to hear from you! P. s. there‘ll be four of us in total 😊

A bit about the rooms and house: It's a modernly renovated old period property, with tons of light and lots of living spaces (2 receptions rooms and a kitchen). There's also a garden, and two garages.
The rooms are double sized rooms, furnished, (bed and lots of storage)!

All bills are included, which includes fast internet, home appliances, and all the other regular bills.
