Small Double room available in 2 bedroom terraced house with small courtyard.

Looking for Female housemate who is friendly and respectful who cleans up after themselves.

Need to be employed and provide references to letting agent/landlord.

Although the room is small the front room will be made into second living room with TV so there will be room for both of us to host at the same time or watch different things at the same time. It also means if one of us goes to bed earlier than the other we can use the alternative room so its easier to work around each other schedules.

Rent is £487.50 and with bills adds up to normally around £650-£670 a month. Council tax band B

I am currently self employed as a cleaner. I go pole dancing and rock climbing as well as swimming. I love watching stand up comedy and am looking to getting into up cycling as a summer hobby.
