Please know I'm looking for professional females who are currently employed, friendly, respectful in sharing the space and like to keep it clean and tidy.

The double available can fit a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers or furniture of a similar size. Landlord has ok'd anything being put on the walls such as storage/shelving, anything that you want to add your own flair. Happy for communal areas to be decorated too.

The house has two reception areas including a large living room that leads on to the kitchen and courtyard and a smaller living or dining space at the front of the house. I feel it would be nice to make both living room spaces.

The house is situated 6 minute walk to number of grocery shops, charity shops and cafes. There is a Morrison's Supermarket near by which is a 10 minute walk. There are bus stops also that are a 10-15 minute bus journey into the centre of York.

Rent will be £500pcm and with bills adds up to normally around £675-£700 a month. Council tax band B.

It is a 12 month contract that needs to be signed no later than the 20/9/24 which is the move in date.
£1000 is needed by this date for first month's rent and deposit = £500 for rent and £500 for deposit.

It is important to note that the application process including references needs to be started as soon as possible if your interested.

I am currently self employed as a cleaner. I go pole dancing, rock climbing, swimming and cycling. I love watching stand up comedy and spending time with friends. I'm very sociable however do also like my own time and space to recharge.
