Young Professional Looking for Housemate

I’m a young professional looking for a friendly housemate to rent a room in a shared house with myself and my very friendly cat.

I have fully furnished the shared spaces myself, so it would just be your room needing furnishing.

I’ve included some pictures of the house unfurnished before I moved in, but can send you some pictures of the house as it currently is on request. I’ve lived in the house with my lovely cat for nearly 3 years, so there’s some general everyday wear and tear, but nothing major!

Free on-street parking.

About me:

I work weekdays, and enjoy socialising on an evening / weekend. I’m hoping to find a friend as well as a housemate! I like anything from going for food and drinks, to long walks, to movie nights! My job keeps me very busy so I also understand the importance of alone time.

I’m veggie and love cooking, so someone open to sharing veggie meals with would be great! (I’m not bothered about meat in the house, though).

I have a gorgeous cat called Peggy who is super affectionate (and very vocal!) and loves nothing more than cuddling up on your knee (especially whilst you’re trying to work or read!).
