Room to rent for 2 months

Hi, I am looking for a considerate, friendly professional or student to rent the second bedroom in a spacious flat from July 15th-September 15th 2024. I will also move in in July. I work at the university, sometimes from home and would prefer someone who enjoys quiet nights in and does not mind me having friends over/to stay occasionally.

The flat is very well-located with direct bus links to the University of York, a 5 minute walk to Foss Islands shops and the city centre is only a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of other flats in the building and this one is on the 3rd floor (top floor accessible by lift). There is a parking space if required.

It is council tax band C (£75 each/month) and I project the bills (water, electric and wifi) to be around £60 each/month.

The flat will be part-furnished so the beds, sofas and dining table and chairs will be included, as well as the chest of drawers in the available room and potentially a desk.

No smoking and no pets please!
