Double Room replacement (5 min walk to YSJ uni)

Hello, I am moving home for my last year of university due to changes of circumstances but need to find a replacement tenant for this house.

The room available is the downstairs bedroom. It has a double bed, a large wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk with a chair. The house has a living room with two couches, a kitchen, a dining table and a garden. There are two fridges and two freezers shared between all four tenants. There are two toilets with a bath in the downstairs toilet and a shower in the upstairs toilet.

Payment weekly: £165
Deposit: £450
Rent payment days: 2nd July, 2nd October, 2nd January, 2nd April.
Rent payments on these specific days: £2106

It will be an all girl house of third years who are looking for a student, YSJ student would be preferred, but open to students elsewhere. All of the girls that are staying in the house are nice and welcoming, two of them are theology students and the other is a Primary Education student.
