The flat is over the 2nd and 3rd floors on Bootham.
The room has about 13sqm floor space, with a little additional storage room.
The room will be available either Unfurnished, or with the following furniture (your choice): Small table,
Chest of Drawers, Clothes Rail, 2 Bedside tables, Double bed with storage & mattress, Desk & chair, Mirror.
The kitchen and bathroom are both very modern. There is a walk-in power shower.
There is a large shared living room.
It's a 10 minute walk to town, the train station and the hospital.
Bills will be shared 50/50 between us, and will be around £190 each per month. Council Tax Band A. You will have to provide proof of earnings/savings for the Letting Agents.
The move date is not set in stone as-yet, it may pushed back a week or more, will update asap.
