Replacement tenant needed ASAP

Hello!
Me and 2 friends have a 3 bed flat but one friend has dropped out last minute. We need a replacement tenant by 22nd May 2024 so this is very short notice unfortunately.
We are with Quantum Estate Agency and we need someone able to pay the deposit from next week.
Me and my friend are both students going into our second year, one at UoY and one at St John’s.
We do require short notice commitment which I understand isn’t ideal but for any questions feel free to text me and I can put you in contact with the estate agents for any information you need too

I have viewed the property and it looks the same as the photos I’ve posted. As we haven’t moved in yet I’m unsure how a viewing would work so you would have to contact the agency about that
The property is located behind the co-op on Hull Road and is £190 per week including bills.
Move in is from July 31st 2024
There are 2 of us as of now: we are very quiet and friendly people and both studying humanities. We are both girls and will be aged 20 at the time of move in
Any age is fine but we require a student. We will consider a male of course but female is just preferred.
