Right by no2 bus stop that takes you into city centre (by theatre royal) in <10 mins outside of rush hour, or half an hour walk. 10 mins walk to bus stop for university bus. 5 minutes walk to bus stop for hospital or 15 mins bike ride.
Would suit a female professional or student with DBS check.
Room comes furnished but space for a small chest of drawers too. Double bed, built in large wardrobe, loft also available for extra storage.
I am self employed and work from home a lot. I studied at the University of York (PPE) but went into the music industry.
