House for Rent - early March to early June

Hello,

We have a fully furnished two bedroom house that we are looking to rent while we are away from 6 March to 3 June. It is not necessary to take the house for the whole time, but we would be happy to rent to anyone who can commit for at least 2 months within these dates.

There is one large bedroom and another study with a foldout futon-style sofa/bed. So more suitable to an individual or couple but 2 individuals could negotiate over bedrooms if necessary. Internet included in the price, but utilities not.

The rent is slightly negotiable depending on circumstances/length of time able to commit.
