I’m 28 and have been a mechanic for BMW for 7 years. Very clean and tidy, chill but social and like to travel, gym, play sports, work on my own project cars and socialise with mates.

I bought the house over 2 years ago and have been renting my spare room out through the entirety with a friend from college for the first year until he moved out with his girlfriend, a mutual friend for 2 months before he bought a house and vet nurse/s since last December and whilst I was away travelling for 6 months. Has always been a housemate relationship rather than a landlord/tenant relationship which I much prefer. Slowly making improvements to the house to my taste (main bathroom will be replaced before April as well as the living room floor and kitchen floor). So things will only improve over time but generally the house is always very well looked after.

The double room to rent is furnished but happy to swap anything in/out as required it’s currently how the previous tenant wanted it
