Four bedroom property with high speed fibre optic broadband and two bathrooms (one main bathroom downstairs with shower and one en-suite with shower.

The house boasts a comfy lounge and good sized kitchen . There is a rear courtyard with outhouse (this can be used for bike storage) and on street parking is available with no parking permit required (please note the parking information is subject to change).

All bedrooms are fully furnished . Each room has a desk, chair, clothes storage, bedside table.

There is currently only one room immediately available and one will become available at the beginning on January 2026. All other rooms have been taken by male post graduate overseas students at The University of York
