Due to personal circumstances I am urgently looking for someone who is seeking student accommodation at York. Currently there are 5 girls who are going into second year in the house who are aged between 19 and 20 and are all clean, tidy, sociable and friendly. The accommodation is 12 Ingleborough Avenue, which is located in Tang Hall and is close to shops, and both campus East and West through a bus stop and walking distance. This house also comes with a garden, 3/4 size beds, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen space and more. Overall, this house is priced for £195 a week and comes with a £375 deposit. I’m looking for someone to sign onto the contract ASAP and is avaliable to move in now.
