Student room to rent in Heworth, York

I am looking for a student in York to take over my one room in a five bedroom student accommodation (bills included).
It is a 5 bedroom house with a large garden and off street parking. There is a shared living room and kitchen and two shared bathrooms.
The room available is a large double room located upstairs to the rear of the property with views over the garden. It contains a double bed, double wardrobe and a double set of drawers. There is also a desk with a chair and two large shelves.
The occupant will be sharing with 4 other York students who are all very friendly.
