Short-Term Room to Rent in York

A little bit about me.. I’m a busy healthcare professional working full time whilst currently studying- part time. I work full time during the week and occasional over time on a weekend and spend about a week each month away for my studies, so I’m often away and value a calm, respectful home environment.
From early 2026, I’ll have a comfortable double room available in my apartment. I’m looking to offer it on a short-term basis (1–3 months), though I’m open to shorter stays if it suits both of us.
This would be ideal for a professional or student in York for a short stay — for example, someone attending a language school, doing a temporary work placement, or visiting for a few weeks on business.
💫 What’s included:
* Rent: £600–£800 per month (all bills included) — depending on requirements
* Spacious double room in a quiet, friendly home
* Access to Netflix and all household amenities
* Parking space and/or bike storage available
* Convenient location; close to York city centre, shops, gyms, and bus routes
* I’m also happy to offer help with transport or shopping when needed.

I previously rented long-term but now prefer shorter stays, as it gives me the flexibility I need while keeping my home comfortable and relaxed.
