Lovely Double Room Close to City and Hospital

A double room in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat on Clifton Green, walking distance from York Hospital and the city centre (15-20 mins) and close to all amenities. Available immediately.

The room comes furnished with a king size bed, draws, bedside table and mirror.

I am the sole tenant however I work away for 2 weeks of the month, therefore the flat will be shared but will be for your solo occupancy during the time I am away. The room has not previously been rented out but with working away for half of the month I am now looking for a reliable, easy going, clean, sociable professional to share with. An easy going and relaxed personality is a must.

For the 2 weeks I am home I am in and out throughout the day therefore this is not ideal for anyone who is remote working but perfect for shift work or anyone working in the city.

A 6 month tenancy is preferred with the possibility to extend.

All bills are included, however I do not have a TV licence as I have subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon, therefore this will need to be purchased separately if required.
