Hi!! I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at the Coal Yard 2. I'd like to move to the abode closer to my friends.

Room amenities:
- A large desk
- A double bed, with underbed storage
- Many shelves
- A wardrobe for clothing, with drawers and a shelf
- An ensuite with a shower, toilet, sink, and bathroom storage
- A spacious kitchen, with a TV, sofas and an induction hob

Please get in contact with me if you'd like the room- It's paid in 3 installments, one I've already paid. You'd have to pay me via bank transfer for the weeks that you'd be staying that I've already paid, and pay the accomodation for the rest of the year via bank transfer also.
